Shipping & Delivery
All shipping will be conducted by UPS. Purchasers are given the opportunity to select the speed of delivery they prefer but is I no way guaranteed by The Hamels Foundation.

All purchases made before 12:00 noon during a non-holiday business day will shipped out that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon during a non-holiday business day will be shipped the following day.

If any problems are encountered in processing your order (such as credit card declines, address match, etc) this could cause a delay in your shipment. Credit card processing and approval are required before the shipment of any goods.

All delivery times are given by UPS and are their liability only. The Hamels Foundations does not make any claims or promises as to time of delivery.

Specific shipping and handling costs are based on your zip code and will be determined upon purchase.
Privacy & Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

When products are purchased we will asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, accounting or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment, at a world class facility.

Returns & Replacements
The Hamels Foundation does not offer refunds of any kind due to the nature of the products. Many products are worn and are purchased for this reason. All products on the ColeHamels.com website are as is and are clearly represented to be in the condition you will receive them. All sales are final.
Ordering
All items for sale at www.colehamels.com are provided as charity items as available. Orders cannot be placed for items due to our inability to know if and when items will be available. Being the only website memorabilia location ran by Cole Hamels himself, we try to provide the most memorable and valuable pieces of Cole Hamels memorabilia available to fans anywhere.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Pricing is non-negotiable and placed on the site in plain view next to each item displayed. From time to time, www.colehamels.com may offer auction style purchasing for items of greater value, all of which go to the Hamels Foundation.
Viewing Orders
All live orders can be viewed by going to your shopping cart. You can add to or remove your potential order(s) from here. Once you have placed your order, you can log onto the website using your username and password to check on the status of your order.
