In his Sunday column for the Boston Globe, Nick Cafardo writes that we should expect the Red Sox and the Phillies to reopen trade talks involving starter Cole Hamels even after the Sox have already turned down a couple of trade proposals from the Phillies. The Phillies are officially buying into the idea of a rebuild and Hamels represents an efficient way for them to restock their minor league system quickly.
